ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING MACHINE

4 colours printing machines fitted with latest automatic attachments such as DYNASPEDE,E+L, CENSOR System etc.

We are equipped with 4 such machines having capacity to print approx. 1000 Kgs Alum. Foil in single shift in Moderate size.

SLITTING SECTION

2 Slitting Machines width 40" having capacity to slit approx. 3000 kgs in a single shift (Per machine) fitted with E+L system.

DESIGNING SECTION

Complete In House designing facilities and designs are processed within hours after gettinng confirmation from the party regarding pattern, dimension, pack size, drawing etc. Our experienced and talented staff does it with utmost care before sending it for roller making.

DOCTRINE MACHINE

Equipped with Doctrine Machine attached with E+L system and stopposcope for on the spot inspection of material.

PACKING SECTION

Equipped with automatic cartoon / Bundle packing machine.

QUALITY CONTROL

Well equipped laboratory to check gramage, sealing etc.
